1. If your new item arrives a bit squished from its journey to its new home, simply give it a few gentle squeezes to help reshape it.

2. If your item needs cleaning over time, hand wash only and lay flat to air dry.

3. Please keep in mind that items made with plush yarn may experience slight shedding. If a yarn tail pokes out, don’t worry—just gently tuck it back through a stitch. Do not cut it, as this may cause the item to unravel.

4. Your item is carefully handmade to be durable and long-lasting; however, it is not indestructible and is not intended for rough play.

5. If you experience any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact me through the customer order form or by email. I will respond within 24 hours of receiving your message.

Hi, my name is Pamela McGregor, and I am the sole owner of Yarn Goods by PJ. I started my small business adventure after I retired in 2020 but I taught myself how to knit and crochet when my children were young, and over the years I have created and sold a variety of handmade pieces, including afghans, hats, scarves, baby blankets, and dolls. As my children grew and started school, I set my hobby aside to pursue a career. Now that I am retired, I am grateful to once again devote my time to the craft I truly love. My main focus today is creating amigurumi—adorable, handcrafted stuffed characters. I also take pride in fulfilling custom orders and have had the pleasure of sending my creations to homes all across the United States. I truly enjoy bringing these characters to life and love seeing the joy they bring to both children and adults. Thank you for your support!
