Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to request a refund within a period of 30 days. However, it is important to note that the customer is responsible for the shipping charges incurred during the return process. Additionally, all returns must be approved before they can be processed. To initiate the return process, kindly send an email to yarngoodsbypj@gmail.com. Our dedicated team will respond to your email within 24 to 48 hours and provide you with an approval code for your return. Furthermore, if your order has been damaged during transit, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will gladly offer you a full refund in such cases.

Hi, my name is Pamela McGregor, and I am the sole owner of Yarn Goods by PJ. I started my small business adventure after I retired in 2020 but I taught myself how to knit and crochet when my children were young, and over the years I have created and sold a variety of handmade pieces, including afghans, hats, scarves, baby blankets, and dolls. As my children grew and started school, I set my hobby aside to pursue a career. Now that I am retired, I am grateful to once again devote my time to the craft I truly love. My main focus today is creating amigurumi—adorable, handcrafted stuffed characters. I also take pride in fulfilling custom orders and have had the pleasure of sending my creations to homes all across the United States. I truly enjoy bringing these characters to life and love seeing the joy they bring to both children and adults. Thank you for your support!
